Meet Our Founder
Hi, I'm Methsara - Founder of DreamShift.
I started my career as a freelance resume writer, mainly supporting job seekers in the United States. After seeing how many talented people struggled to explain their real value to recruiters, I decided to build DreamShift.
In 2025, we shifted our entire focus to Australia and started supporting international students and skilled migrants.
Within one year, we gathered a team of experts, posted practical & valuable resources for totally free and helped more than 200 job seekers land interviews.
And this is only the beginning :)
