- If you do not land at least one interview within 60 days of receiving your finalized service, you may request:
- A 50% refund, or
- A complete rewrite of all documents (e.g., CV, cover letter, LinkedIn optimization) at no additional cost.
Conditions for the Guarantee
To qualify for the 60-day guarantee:
- You must apply to jobs using the documents we provided during this period.
- You need to submit proof of your job applications (e.g., a list of jobs applied for, confirmation emails, or screenshots) when making a claim.
Non-Refundable Services
The following are not covered by the refund policy:
- Fully completed and approved services outside of the 60-day guarantee.
- Revisions requested beyond the original scope of work.
- Express services (e.g., expedited delivery).
- Lack of job applications during the 60-day period.
