Real reviews from the job seekers we've helped land interviews and offers across Australia.
A friend of mine worked with DreamShift and landed a job in a couple of months, so she told me to check them out. I attended their recent free workshops and learned a lot and they didn't hold anything back. Everything from how Australian hiring actually works, to the psychology behind it, to what recruiters look for. They genuinely gave away everything they know. Highly recommend working with them on your job search journey.
I am really grateful to DreamShift Career for helping me improve my CV and LinkedIn profile, which has helped me secure job interviews. They also organise weekly online meet-ups to check on their mentees' progress and provide ongoing support. What I appreciate most is that they genuinely care about their mentees' success rather than just focusing on money. Their commitment to quality and personalised support really makes a difference. Thank you, Methsara and the team!

I recently joined DreamShift to support my job search after completing my Master's in Australia. Rather than providing a generic resume update, they helped me clarify my career direction and developed tailored documents for different pathways. The team also worked on my LinkedIn profile, professional branding, and job search strategy, helping me better position my previous experience alongside my qualifications. While my job search is still ongoing, I have found the guidance, responsiveness, and personalised support valuable so far, and I feel more confident and prepared in my applications than I did when I started.
